Yes, it will be HOW TO APPLY HOUSEMANSHIP IN MALAYSIA.
FIRST OF ALL,
Make sure you have your MD/MBBS/MBBoH Certificate.
Translate it if they are written in foreign language.(this should be done at your university respectively.
SECONDLY,
go to MALAYSIA MEDICAL COUNCIL (MMC),
to apply for the provisional registration section 12 and 13(SIJIL PENDAFTARAN SEMENTARA).
You ONLY CAN SUBMIT YOURSELF.

1. Get down at Pasar Seni Station (Kelana Jaya/Terminal Putra line).
2. Walk across the bridge and you will find the post office headquarter
on your right.
3. Walk around the post office until you reach Pusat Penyelidikan
Bioteknologi Mardi and walk across the bridge.
from the other side of tunnel, you will see a public toilet on your left.
5. Walk straight along the road. There's a school on your left, and MMC
on your right (although the sign board shows 'Kementerian Kesihatan
Malaysia').
6. Ask the guard at the entrance and they will lead you the way.

The following DOCUMENTS are needed to submit to MMC:-
1. Yuran Pendaftaran RM20.00 (Wang Pos, Bank Draft, Cek)
atas nama Pendaftar Pengamal Perubatan
2. Gambar Berukuran Pasport (1 Keping)
3. Borang 4 (Peraturan 20) AKTA PERUBATAN 1971
4. Borang Pengakuan Pengenalan Saksi
disahkan oleh Pegawai Gred 41 dan ke atas
atau Pengamal Perubatan Berdaftar Penuh
5. Borang Maklumat Tambahan
6. Salinan Kad Pengenalan yang disahkan
7. Salinan Sijil Kelahiran yang disahkan
8. Salinan Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia yang disahkan atau yang setaraf
9. Salinan Ijazah Asas Perubatan yang disahkan
atau Surat Asal Dekan
10. Transkrip Peperiksaan bagi keseluruhan pengajian yang disahkan
11. Sekiranya dokumen asal bukan dalam BM atau BI:
- Dokumen terjemahan
- Salinan dokumen dalam bahasa asal yang disahkan
12. Borang Fitness To Practise Declaration Form
- Salinan Laporan Perubatan yang disahkan (jika ada penyakit)
pengenalan berbeza, sila kemukakan Surat Akuan Sumpah yang
menyatakan bahawa individu dengan name tertera pada salinan
ijazah/surat dekan/transkrip dan kad pengenalan tersebut adalah
orang yang sama.

You can COLLECT the document either by:-
a. GETTING YOURSELF
b. A REPRESENTATIVE (give the MMC your rep's copy of IC and a
letter stating you give him/her permission to collect on behalf of you)
In my point of view, i PREFER to pick up the document yourself. You
will need the cert for future purpose. Beside, it's best to avoid any
irrelevant people to know your MMC REGISTRATION NUMBER.
Usually you have to wait for 1 WEEK from the day you hand in the
documents to MMC. The staff will give you a paper written the date
you can return to pick up the SIJIL PENDAFTARAN SEMENTARA.
For non-KL residents, if you wanna pre-book your air ticket, i suggest
you give about 2 WEEKS window. (just in case if there's any delay in
process, you don't have to burn your air ticket)
THIRDLY,
go to KEMENTERIAN KESIHATAN MALAYSIA (KKM),
to apply for deployment as a medical personnel(Permohonan Penempatan Pegawai Perubatan).

You can SUBMIT the documents either by:-
a. DELIVERY YOURSELF
b. MAILING (normal post/registered post/post laju)
c. EMAIL (but all documents has to be in pdf form)
In my opinion, i PREFER to send the documents yourself to KKM.
It's the safest way as the staff can't claim they don't receive your
application.
To put your life easier, i recommend you to do it on the SAME DAY
you collect your Sijil Pendaftaran Sementara from MMC. You can
get your SIJIL PENDAFTARAN SEMENTARA CERTIFIED at
the PRIMARY SCHOOL just opposite MMC. The staff will ask you
to pay RM1 for the printing and certification.

2. Call a cab at the station and tell them your destination. Most of
the taxi drivers are very familiar with the location.

1. Senarai Semak Permohonan Penempatan Pegawai Perubatan
(Lantikan Baru)
2. Gambar Berukuran Pasport (1 Keping)
3. Salinan Kad Pengenalan yang disahkan
4. Salinan Sijil Kelahiran yang disahkan
5. Salinan Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia yang disahkan atau yang setaraf
6. Salinan Ijazah MBBS/MD/MBBcH/MBChB yang disahkan
atau Surat Asal Dekan
7. Transkrip Peperiksaan bagi keseluruhan pengajian yang disahkan
8. Sekiranya dokumen asal bukan dalam BM atau BI:
- Dokumen terjemahan
- Salinan dokumen dalam bahasa asal yang disahkan
9. Salinan Sijil Pendaftaran Sementara dengan Majlis Perubatan
Malaysia yang disahkan
10. Surat Nikah/Sijil Perkahwinan yang didaftarkan di Malaysia
(sekiranya ada)
11. Jika nama anda di dalam ijazah/surat dekan/transkrip dan kad
pengenalan berbeza, sila kemukakan Surat Akuan Sumpah yang
menyatakan bahawa individu dengan name tertera pada salinan
ijazah/surat dekan/transkrip dan kad pengenalan tersebut adalah
orang yang sama.

FOOTNOTE:-
When you bring your documents to certify, please prepare 5 COPIES
OF EACH DOCUMENT. You will need 1 set for MMC, 1 set for
KKM, 1 set for SPA interview and 2 sets when lapor diri.
